You have exceeded our expectations in every way, and as you know, we have very high expectations. Until our relocation to Seattle, we had not had the opportunity to truly compare real estate agents to understand the value and importance the realtor plays in the process, but now we fully comprehend how good you really are at your job.
You are the consummate professional. You outlined your sales strategy, and you kept to the plan from day one. You told us what needed to be done in order to ensure our home was marketed at it's best, and you provided us with the resources to get the last minute touches done in time. When we actually listed our home, your list price recommendation was on target, and as you predicted, the effect was a bidder's frenzy with 4 prospective buyers counter-offering each other. The result, a sales price of $51,000 over asking within 5 days of listing!
While we certainly appreciate the incredible sales price, you were at your best after the sales contract was signed. Susan, you are a seller's dream. You took ownership of every detail. You ensured that all of the paperwork was handled; you participated in the inspection process to get those issues resolved; you provided us with an excellent handyman to fix the minor repairs; you stayed on top of the buyers agent to ensure our tight timeframes were met; and you kept us apprised with daily updates. One of your efforts that impressed us most is how you inspected our home after the movers departed, and you cleaned dirt spots left on the carpet to ensure the buyers were pleased with the home's appearance.
